Luis is a tattoo artist at La Clinica in Queretaro, Mexico. His last guest spot here at Evolved was during the summer of 2011 where he helped participate in AWESOMEFEST and was able to do some awesome Star Wars tattoos! His visit was enjoyed by all and we can’t wait to have him back!
