Andrew Scott Ray of the Clan Macrae
@73rdeye/Drew Ray grew up in Lexington, Ohio. He is a member of the 1997 University of Findlay National Championship Football team, where he studied Communication and World Religion. Before Drew tattooed full time he was a recreational therapist, farm to table Chef, a world traveler, and student of Samoan Hand tapping Tatau Master S’ua Lawrence Ah Ching. He started tattooing in 2015 in Los Angeles and Oakland, California, Ohio and Europe. In Europe, Drew tattoos at Endless Arts in Dan Hague outside Amsterdam in the Netherlands. He also attends conventions and does guest spots in London, Spain, Italy, Germany and Scotland. Drew’s tattoo focus is on blackwork, dotwork, mandalas, and tribal with education in Samoan, Scottish and American Indigenous, ancestral tattoos, Scottish tattoos, Indigenous art, patterns and sacred geometry, and modern Americana.
